worldcup madness
the world is different for the past few and next few weeks to come
they are united in watching the telly
screaming and shouting
frankfurt was pleasant in the world cup mode...lotsa fans from across the world, later shopping hours to cater to tourists and lotsa fun under the scrotching sun!

back from sheffield for manic packing....feeling the physical aftermath of all that shopping...8 cartons no less..not including my luggage + tubes

liverpool is a tad old..alittle rundown but there are lotsa regeneration programs ...

it is strange to be stepping on the land where my great grand dad migrated to...stranger to imagine the docks where he arrived and where my grand dad was born

the time i imagined is approaching
it is over
the conflict, the struggle, the few hours of sleep that come along with each project is finally over

time to get on with life..time to recollect what i have learnt and move on

i started packing my room the day i finished my portfoilo....sleep for 40mins and then started dusting and sorting my things out..what to leave and what to bring home

i started writing...my hand is too used to the mouse now and using my pencil was a tough change...welcomed and painful...

i had three guests bearing gifts last sunday..i brought them for dim sum and back to take a look at my room...

dinner from m+s...we looked jap eating on the floor...and the manic background reminded them of vibrant tokyo...

spring is here
did i mention that spring is here?
it was so warm the other day that it felt as though i was back home on the sunny red dot

the trees are in bloom...well..were ...last week...green leaves are back on the bare branches....this is the tree outside the dining hall...it was really pretty ...

a spanish friend shared with us her spanish ham! i wish i was in barcelona now...walking ...shopping..looking at architecture...

rushing work now...three weeks to submission
